Kveldo is practice management software for accounting, CPA, and bookkeeping firms. The client portal, document requests, WIP board, deadline calendar, e-signature, time and billing, and client invoicing all run in one place.
Bank statement conversion is part of the platform. Kveldo reads PDF bank, credit card, and brokerage statements and categorizes transactions to the client’s own chart of accounts. A statement can’t be accepted until it reconciles to the penny. Results export to CSV, Excel, QIF, and QuickBooks Desktop IIF. In a pilot using 2,850 real statements, Kveldo achieved 98.5% first-pass accuracy, measured as results requiring no human correction.
The portal shows clients what the firm needs on one screen. They can upload straight from a phone camera, and reminders stop once the file arrives. Engagement letters go out for signature in bulk, and signers don’t need an account. AI intake reads forms such as the W-4 and W-9, including handwritten scans, and nothing saves until staff approve it. Two-factor authentication is mandatory on every staff and client account, and nobody can switch it off.
Pricing is flat per firm, not per user. Solo is $79 a month for one staff seat, Team is $199 for up to 5, Firm is $399 for up to 15, and Premium is $699 for up to 25. Every plan includes unlimited free client portal users and unlimited e-signature envelopes. Premium adds full white-label with the firm’s own domain. Data residency is U.S.-only.
