Kai, Kvarto's AI assistant, answers questions about your leases and appendices with references to the clauses, so every answer can be checked against the source. Kvarto supports Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Finnish indices and multiple currencies, and also handles owned properties and leases where you are the landlord. All data is stored in Sweden and processed in accordance with the GDPR.
