Kuradash is a real-time text therapy platform built for counsellors and therapists who work online.
It was created for a simple reason - I was informed of a counselling client missed the live typing experience from a previous platform, and nothing else on the market offered it. So we built it.
Sessions use live typing, meaning both sides can see what the other is writing as they type - just like the text apps clients are already used to.
Kuradash works well for counsellors supporting clients who prefer or need text-based communication. That includes clients with social anxiety who find spoken conversation overwhelming, neurodivergent clients who process better through writing, clients who need discretion - those in shared housing, coercive relationships, or public-facing roles where privacy matters. It suits clients who are more comfortable expressing difficult thoughts in writing than out loud, younger clients who communicate through text naturally, and clients who need flexibility around when and where they access therapy. It also works for anyone who has tried text therapy before and missed the real-time, live typing experience that standard messaging platforms don't offer.
Every session is end-to-end encrypted, transcripts are generated as downloadable PDFs, and everything is automatically deleted after a configurable retention period.
Clients don't need an app, an account, or a login. They click a link, enter their name, and they're in the waiting room. The counsellor admits them and the session starts.
The platform includes a branded digital waiting room, session notes, PDF transcripts, a crisis support panel, and a built-in consent workflow for GDPR compliance. Data is hosted in the EU on ISO 27001 certified infrastructure.
Kuradash is independently built and run in the UK. Plans start from £15 per month with a 14-day free trial.
