Kuota is a cloud-based sales and back-office platform for companies that sell consórcio, the Brazilian group-purchase credit system: brokerages, independent sellers and administrators. It covers the whole operation in one place: a credit simulator with 7 modalities, a sales funnel with WhatsApp cadence and an AI assistant trained on the company material, proposals sent by link with acceptance, commissions and chargebacks checked against invoices, a showcase of awarded letters of credit, bids, customer portal, automatic billing, finance with bank reconciliation and P&L, and HR for contractor sellers with contract, certificates and risk alerts. Each seller gets a personal sales deck. Plans on request, with assisted onboarding.
