Kudoboard is incredibly easy and intuitive to use. We use it regularly at work, and I really like how simple it is for everyone to contribute, even if they’ve never used it before. One of my favourite features is being able to add GIFs, especially as a fun little touch at the end of a message. It makes the boards feel much more personal, engaging and enjoyable to read. I also love that a Kudoboard can grow to be quite large, so a lot of people can contribute without it feeling limited or crowded. The whole delivery experience is also very smooth. Once the board is sent to the recipient, we receive a notification letting us know that they’ve received it, which is a really nice feature. The recipient also has the option to send a thank-you card afterward, so the entire experience feels seamless from beginning to end. Another great feature is the option to print the completed board, which is perfect when you want to turn it into something more permanent or tangible for the recipient. Overall, I think Kudoboard is a fantastic tool for workplace celebrations, farewells, milestones and recognition. It’s easy to create, fun to contribute to, enjoyable to receive, and the whole process is very well thought out. We use it quite a bit at work, and in my experience, it’s better and more versatile than other similar tools on the market.
