SURI is an all-in-one business management platform built in Trinidad and Tobago for Caribbean small and medium businesses. It replaces the spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and separate apps most businesses juggle with one system and one login. Every plan includes CRM, a company drive, an internal wiki, a team inbox, e-signatures and basic automations. Businesses then add only the modules they need: Finance: invoicing with card payment links, expenses and general ledger reports. People: HR, Trinidad and Tobago payroll (NIS, PAYE, Health Surcharge, payslips and bank payment files) and a staff self-service portal. Sales: point of sale, an online store with email marketing, bookings and loyalty. Operations: inventory and manufacturing, procurement, projects, time billing and asset management. SURI is designed around how business works in the region: local currencies, statutory deductions, bank transfers with proof of payment, and PayWise and PayPal payments. A local team sets up every business with its owner on an onboarding call, so it's ready to use from day one. Data is encrypted on Google Cloud, with two-factor sign-in, role-based access and daily backups. Pricing is one flat monthly rate per business, with no per-transaction fees.
