Koho is back-office software for Australian recruitment agencies. It takes the paperwork around a placement and does it from one record, with your agency's brand on everything a client, candidate or referee sees. Resume converter: upload any CV and Koho lays it out in your agency's template, ready to send. Switch a profile to blind and it takes the name and contact details off, and warns you about anything that could still identify the candidate. E-signing: upload your terms of business once. Koho fills in each client's fee, payment days and guarantee, sends them to sign online, and keeps a full record of every signature. Reference checker: referees answer a short online form, or ask for a call. Reminders go out on day 3 and day 7, and the answers land on the candidate's file. References are never read by AI. Candidate registration: send one link after the call. Candidates register on their phone, covering work rights, availability, salary and referees, with no data entry for you. Market insights: market notes for your clients from ABS and Jobs and Skills Australia figures, with the source cited on every number. A$49 per consultant a month plus GST, or A$39 on an annual plan, with no minimum seats.
