KODO is the app the crew use to run the boat: tasks, maintenance, operations, handovers, documents, certificates, charters and guest preferences in one place. As the work gets done, the vessel builds a permanent, searchable operational memory. When crew change, the knowledge stays aboard instead of leaving with them: new crew inherit the full history on day one and can ask questions of the vessel's own record, with sources cited. Every role gets its own view: crew, captain, management and owner. Access follows the person's role, records are tamper-evident, data is exportable at any time, and nothing is used to train AI models. Built by former yacht crew. The same platform runs staffed private residences as KODO Estates. Pricing is public: one flat monthly rate per vessel with every module and unlimited crew accounts included, no per-user fees, migration and setup included.
