What I find best in the KALC platform is the intergration of data, analytics and reporting. I'm able to grab insights and takeaways to deliver to my stakeholders.

What I like about the Kobie Alchemy Loyalty Cloud it is one platform that allows you to store, decision on, present, and analyze loyalty data to support your loyalty program(s). The platform is easily configurable to meet your various business needs, thus decreasing the time to get into market with promotions, bonuses, and member communications. In addition, Rewards Marketplace offers a variety of redemption options that can be configured to keep your members engaged. Also, the integrated Loyalty Intelligence Dashboard can quickly provide marketers with insight into member engagement and the overall health of the program(s).

The Kobie Alchemy Loyalty Cloud offers me a wide-range of configurable features to fully enable the Loyalty experience for the clients and programs I support through my role at Kobie. Leveraging out of the box features, I can set up all of the required data to run a program from the program's settings & tiers to marketing campaigns & bonuses.
