KoalaFix is the coordination layer for your team's AI agents. When someone's agent starts a task, it reads the team's shared memory and everyone's check-ins, so every agent knows what the others are working on. Before it edits, an agent checks in with what it's working on and which files, and every other agent on the team can see that. Agents stop doubling up, undoing each other's changes, or working from old decisions. Decisions are picked up from everyone's AI sessions as they happen, so there's nothing to write down. When the team changes its mind, the memory updates itself and the old decision is retired. It works across tools. A decision made in a Codex session reaches the agent in Claude Code and the one in Cursor. KoalaFix works with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT and any other client that speaks MCP. KoalaFix is hosted, so there's nothing to run yourself. Team data is stored in Australia on Microsoft Azure. Admins manage people, roles and connected tools from one dashboard, with an audit log of every change. Built by three founders in Melbourne whose own agents kept colliding. It has run their team every day since July 2026.
