PactusAI is a legal workspace for law firms, legal departments, insurers and banks that cannot send confidential documents to cloud AI services. It runs entirely on the customer's own infrastructure, on open-weight models, with no third-party AI provider involved.
Users organise matters, documents and legal sources in one place. An AI chat at the centre answers questions from those files with citations to the source line, reviews contracts against the firm's playbook, extracts terms across a whole data room and drafts documents in the firm's style. The workspace also tracks deadlines, runs multi-step workflows and translates documents. Czech, Slovak and EU law are built in.
For customers with specialised document types, PactusAI trains custom models for data extraction, including from handwritten, legal and medical files. A REST API exposes the same document workflows to other systems.
