The customizable belt and stripe tracking system uses AI to analyze data, identifying churn risks, promotion readiness, and scheduling conflicts. A Kanban-style leads pipeline manages prospective students, and instructor payroll tracks hours and classes taught. Bulk communication tools enable messaging by belt rank or membership status. Students access a portal for training data, attendance, and belt progression. Features include document management with e-signatures, subscription billing, merchandise inventory, instructional video hosting with monetization, and multi-location scheduling. The platform supports payment processing, operating in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
