Intuitive and Customizable PM Tool

|Klient PSA
It is specialized for professional services, so all of the features you could want either exist or are on the roadmap. The UI is intuitive for PMs and they make every page highly customizable for your business. We have integrated our Quickbooks so we have real time financial data for all projects. Their support team is highly responsive and always gets me a helpful and timely answer.

Time Tracking and Reporting in Salesforce Made Simple with Klient

Time tracking is what we rely on Klient for most, and it is where it has made the clearest difference in our organization. Before Klient, I was the one building an Excel time report every month, pulling hours out of a few different sources and stitching them together by hand. Now every consultant logs their hours against a specific task in one place, and all of it is reportable in Salesforce using the report builder our team already knows. We can now easily track utilization by consultant and watch a project's burn against its hours target. It also means we have real historical hours to scope new work against rather than estimating based on our gut feeling, which is a huge win for a consulting start-up.

Easy to Learn, Native on Salesforce, and Runs Our Entire Delivery Process

Klient is easy to work with and does not come with a steep learning curve. Because it is native on Salesforce, we can manage and extend it ourselves as a Salesforce boutique. The team behind it also puts real time into listening to customers and improving the product based on that feedback. We use Klient across our whole process, from project initiation through to support, and it gives us a lot of insight and grip.

What is Klient Software?

Klient Software builds Professional Services Automation (PSA) software for professional services organizations that run on Salesforce. The company's single product, Klient PSA, is a managed application installed directly in the customer's Salesforce org, so project delivery, resource planning, time and expense capture, billing, and revenue recognition operate on the same records as the sales pipeline. Klient Software serves services organizations of roughly 50 to 1,000 people — consulting firms, SaaS services teams, systems integrators, and agencies — and delivers implementation, administrator training, and ongoing support directly as well as through a certified partner network. Klient PSA covers the full project lifecycle and includes a catalog of nine Agentforce AI agents plus an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, so AI assistants can work with live PSA data under existing Salesforce permissions. Klient Software was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Laval, Québec, Canada. The product was previously sold under the Krow PSA name.
