I love the notifications on the apps that remind me when I've got a receipt to turn in. If I or my team members forget, it will notify them the next day, so I don't have to spend nearly as much time chasing people down for receipts. The notifications on the app remind everyone to turn in their receipts and are synced with our chart of accounts. This means when someone spends on their card, they can quickly put in a description, code it to the right budget code, and take a picture of the receipt, which gets synced back to me in real time. I don't have to be in the office to track all these down, which saves me a bunch of time and energy, as I have almost all the receipts ready to go by the end of a reporting period. I also appreciate the integration with QuickBooks, as it eliminates the need to manually enter information. Additionally, switching from traditional bank credit cards to KleerCard has made it easier for us by not requiring a personal guarantee and helping save time. It's super easy to set up with assistance over Zoom, and I saved a significant amount of time in the first month compared to the old system.
