Kleep is an AI size recommendation tool for fashion and apparel e-commerce. It recommends the correct size to each shopper to reduce size-related returns and increase conversion.
Shoppers get a size recommendation either from a short adaptive questionnaire (Fit Predictor) or from two photos analyzed by a body-measurement model (Body Scan). To predict the right size for a given item, Kleep combines the shopper's profile with product-side data, historical transaction and returns, per-SKU collection and measurement data, the product description, and the brand's sizing guides. And returns a single recommended size with fit guidance (for example, whether an item runs small or large). Photos are anonymized and deleted after processing.
The same sizing data powers cross-selling. When an item is unavailable in the shopper's size or is likely to fit poorly, Kleep recommends in-stock alternatives that match their measurements and surfaces complementary products in the right size. This recovers sales lost to out-of-stock sizes and reduces "bracketing" (ordering multiple sizes to return the rest).
Kleep runs as a widget on product pages and is deployed via a native Shopify app, a Salesforce Commerce Cloud cartridge, or custom integration. Its models are trained on fashion-specific data. The platform also offers virtual try-on and generative product video as additional modules. It is used by apparel brands and retailers including Lacoste, Kenzo, Victoria Beckham and Givenchy.
