Klang turns conversations into knowledge your team can use. Record a meeting, or upload an existing audio or video file, and Klang transcribes it, separates it by speaker, summarises the key points and pulls out decisions and action items. It can join online meetings automatically, and it handles in-person conversations and uploaded recordings just as well. What makes Klang more than a transcription tool is what happens after the meeting. You can search across every conversation your team has recorded to answer "who said that, and when?". Notebooks let you combine several meetings, documents and notes in one place and run analysis or generate reports across all of them. Klang is built and operated in Sweden, under European regulation. Conversation data is never used to train AI models. Data is encrypted per workspace, Klang is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified and GDPR compliant, and it can be deployed in our cloud, in a private cloud, or fully on-premises for organisations with strict security requirements. Klang is used by organisations including the Swedish Parliament and the Stockholm School of Economics. A free plan is available with no credit card required.
