Kit has been a great tool for me. When I originally joined, I found their free version to be robust enough for my needs, but have since upgraded. I use Squarespace for my website, and it's easy to embed their forms on my websites and it's easy to set up segments of people on my email list.

I find that Kit's uptime is decent. Although we've had deliverability issues over the years, there are other services that are more unreliable.

It makes it easy to create a newsletter workflow. The interface is clean, the email builder is easy to use, and the automations help turn subscribers into a real relationship and sales instead of just a pretty name of a list. It saves me time, helps me keep organized and the ROI has been great. It has many integrations as well that help me connect with my other apps. The AI tools are also a plus. Overall it's a good tool.
