Kidola is a childcare management platform for daycares, nurseries, micro-crèches and after-school care. It moves the admin work that usually lives in spreadsheets and paper files into a single app. Kidola handles child check-in and attendance, scheduling for children and staff, absences and leave, invoicing with automatic payment reminders, contracts and document storage, pre-registration, waiting lists and online parent forms. Parents get their child's daily report (meals, naps, mood, highlights) as soon as the child leaves, plus photos and videos shared securely. Managers, educators and parents each have their own interface. Supervisor accounts give multi-site networks one view. Billing follows local subsidy rules, and administrative exports match each country's requirements. Kidola is used by childcare providers in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain. It works on computer, tablet and mobile. Data is hosted in Europe and GDPR-compliant.
