KGLEX is a cloud-based legal operations platform built for lawyers and law firms in Turkey. A desktop agent connects to UYAP (the Turkish national judiciary system) and UETS (electronic notifications) using the lawyer's own e-signature on their own computer — UYAP credentials never leave the lawyer's machine. It imports the firm's UYAP portfolio, downloads new case events and documents with attachments, and matches notifications to the right case.
A deadline engine calculates procedural deadlines under Turkish civil, enforcement and criminal procedure law, including judicial recess, public holidays and weekend shifts; every automatic deadline stays unconfirmed until a lawyer approves it. KGLEX also covers hearing preparation, enforcement (icra) case accounting and debtor asset queries, a petition desk that fills templates from case data, e-signature workflows, case-law and legislation search, and a daily Official Gazette digest.
Clients follow their cases through a Turkish/English client portal and pay fees and expenses by card via the firm's own virtual POS. Firms manage roles, tasks and team handovers, and can publish a compliant lawyer profile page with appointment booking. The free KGLEX Tevkil Network lets lawyers delegate hearings and court tasks in other cities to verified colleagues. AI assists with document extraction and suggestions; every legal decision and final approval remains with the lawyer.
