KeyLife Electronics is an engineering company in Amman that designs and builds its own hardware and software for queue management, digital signage, scoreboards, customer feedback and industrial monitoring. The same local team installs and maintains every system, so the organization deals directly with the engineers who built it. KeyLife has built queue management systems since 2015 and has installed more than 150 of them in Jordan, with further installations in Palestine and the UAE. They keep working through internet outages, need no server, and keep the organization's data on its own premises. Tickets and voice calls work in Arabic, English or both. Waqtak, online queue management software built by KeyLife Electronics and established in 2022, adds remote monitoring and remote appointments to KeyLife's systems.
