SOAP Note Buddy is clinical documentation software that uses AI to write patient notes and auto-fill any web-based electronic health record (EHR). It generates structured clinical notes and populates EHR fields in one click, eliminating manual entry. It works with any web-based EHR and needs no integrations, IT approval, or per-system setup. Rather than relying on hardcoded selectors, it detects fields using AI, so it adapts to whatever system the clinician is in. Patient data is stored and processed under a signed Business Associate Agreement with Google Cloud. Records are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped to the individual clinician's account, and note generation runs on HIPAA-eligible Google Vertex AI. A customer BAA is available on request. Available on iPhone, iPad, and Android, plus Chrome and Safari extensions. One subscription covers every platform, with patients syncing across devices. Supports PT, OT, SLP, nursing, physicians, psych, and social work.
