Quote → job: crew scheduling and calendar (with one-way sync out to Google/Outlook), material and work orders, QXO supplier catalog, subcontractor acceptance flows. Job → money: invoicing with deposits/partial payments, Stripe payment links, Connect payouts for subs, a full commissions engine across sales_rep / manager / team_lead roles, WIP and P&L reporting.
