Propspector identifies each document type, checks every statement against a fixed review catalogue and compares the documents with each other: the living area in the exposé against the floor area calculation, missing amendments to the declaration of division, special levies decided before your client arrived. Every finding links to its source in the document, and missing documents are listed with the reason they are needed. Each PDF report includes a market value estimate by PriceHubble.
