COI Relay tracks certificates of insurance for property managers, general contractors, HOAs and facility teams with 20 to 500 vendors. Each vendor gets a private upload link with no account needed, and certificates you receive by email can be forwarded to your own COI Relay address. AI reads every certificate in seconds (coverages, limits, expiration dates, additional insured and waiver boxes) and checks it against the requirements you set for each kind of vendor, flagging anything unclear for you to confirm. Vendors are emailed automatically 30, 14 and 7 days before a policy expires and again if it lapses, and you get one weekly summary of who still owes you a certificate. Published pricing from $49/month with a 14-day free trial; no sales call needed.
