Kello is an AI recruiting service that turns a job description into interviews. How it works: - Send your JD. Upload a PDF, doc, or careers-page link, or email it to source@kello.ai. - Get 20 ranked candidates in 2–3 hours. Each comes with a one-line highlight, three reasons they fit your role, and one thing to check before the call. - Approve who you like. Kello reaches out on your behalf by email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, and answers candidates' first questions. - Receive warm intros. You only get people who said yes, with their notice period, salary expectation, and availability. - Interview. First interviews are scheduled for you, usually within 4 days of sending the JD. Why recruiters use it: - A shortlist, not a database. You get 20 names, not 12,000 search results. - Each list improves based on your feedback on the last one. - Kello contacts candidates only after you approve them. - Reference checks are included. Pricing: - Your first role is free, with no sign-up, card, or contract. - After that, choose a flat fee of $750–3,000 per role, or 8% of salary paid only on hire. - There's no subscription, retainer, or minimum.
