Agencies copy a standard property set from a template account into client accounts on any HubSpot plan, with a diff first. A change history of property settings with restore covers Free and Starter accounts, which have no property audit log. The app uses property settings access only and reads no record data.

Deal Approvals & Stage Gate is a HubSpot app that adds an approval step for deals on Free, Starter and Professional accounts, where HubSpot's own pipeline approvals are not included. Admins pick the first deal stage that needs approval; that stage and every later one are gated. Conditions on amount, discount, deal type or the owner's team decide which deals need sign-off, and approvers can be named users, teams or the owner's team lead, in one step or up to five in a row. A deal moved into a gated stage without approval is moved back within seconds, with a note and a task for the approvers. Approvers approve or reject from a card on the deal, and the history stays on the record.
