Kashfy Clinics is clinic software built for Egypt. Its AI receptionist answers patients on the clinic's own WhatsApp Business number, in Egyptian Arabic and Franco, and books, reschedules and cancels appointments on the doctors' live schedules, around the clock. It sends reminders 24 hours before each visit and hands anything medical to the clinic's team with the full conversation. Behind the WhatsApp front desk, Kashfy runs the rest of the clinic in one system: patient records, digital prescriptions, medical reports, lab and radiology results that reach the patient and the referring doctor, billing and revenue reports. It includes specialty modules for dental clinics (tooth chart, treatment plans, installments, dental lab orders) and a patient portal where patients see their visits and files across clinics. Kashfy serves single-doctor clinics, polyclinics, labs and radiology centers. Pricing is per booking rather than per doctor, starting at 799 EGP a month, and the first 30 bookings are free. The product is fully bilingual in Arabic and English and runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform.
