The clinical backend is the biggest win for us. As a marketing services organization, we focus on branding and patient acquisition, and Karpa takes care of the entire clinical side—licensed providers, patient intake, pharmacy fulfillment through 503A compounding partners, and PHI handling. That support allowed us to launch without having to build clinical infrastructure from scratch. On top of that, the team has been very responsive whenever we need an issue resolved quickly.
