The platform brings together data from Gmail, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Meet, and other sources, so instead of piecing information together manually, I have everything I need in one place. That context makes the AI-generated signals much more meaningful, and I've found them to be surprisingly accurate. They've even helped uncover expansion and monetization opportunities within existing customer accounts that I may have otherwise missed. The UI is clean and intuitive, so it doesn't take long to learn where everything is. Account planning used to take me several days of research and preparation can now be generated in just a few minutes. I can then spend my time refining the strategy instead of building everything from scratch. That time savings alone provides a strong ROI because it allows me to focus on customer conversations, growth initiatives, and finding new revenue opportunities instead of administrative work. I also really like the stakeholder mapping and org charts. It's easy to see who we're connected with, where relationship gaps exist, and who else we should be engaging. Performance has been excellent, and I haven't experienced issues generating plans or reports. The Kandir team has been fantastic. Their onboarding was straightforward, they're extremely responsive to feedback, and they consistently ship meaningful product improvements.
