Pillar OS is a cloud-based management platform for tutoring centres, academies, test-prep studios and independent tutors. It combines scheduling, billing, tutor management, family communication and progress reporting in a single system.
Scheduling: centre-wide calendar with one-off and recurring sessions, tutor availability and assignments. Families can book and reschedule sessions in a portal, within booking rules and windows set by the centre.
Billing and payments: automatic invoicing, payment reminders, and online payment through Stripe. Supports session credits, packages and instalment plans.
Parent and student portal: a branded portal where families see their schedule, invoices, session notes, homework and progress reports.
Tutor management: tutor profiles, availability and assignments. Tutor pay is calculated from the sessions taught.
Homework and learning library: lessons and courses with attached homework. Students submit homework by photo and tutors correct it in the platform.
Progress reports: AI-drafted progress reports based on session notes and homework, reviewed by the tutor before they are shared with the family.
Communication: email and text messages with families in a shared inbox, plus automated reminders and notifications.
Reporting: dashboards for students, sessions, revenue and tutor utilization.
The platform is available in English and French. It integrates with Zoom, Microsoft Teams and GoHighLevel (optional). Pricing is a monthly platform fee based on the number of active students, with SMS, storage and AI usage billed separately.
