Kai Interact is a live participation tool for anyone who runs a group and needs the session to end in something: an agreement, a priority, a decision. Participants join from their phones with a QR code, no install, no account. The facilitator opens activities (polls, word clouds, scales, rankings, upvoted audience questions, two-axis quadrant, limited budget, pairwise duels, quiz with podium, image hotspots, among 14 types) and the tool groups open answers with AI, warns when the group is split or the agreement is fragile, compares before and after a discussion, segments results, and captures agreements with an owner and a next step anchored to their evidence. At the end, a report cites the activity and the numbers behind each conclusion and exports to CSV or Excel. Ready-made methodological paths (prioritisation, retrospective, diagnosis), 14 languages, REST API and an MCP server to connect it to AI assistants. Free plan up to 50 participants, no card.
