Organizers use Joyn to run events with RSVPs, waitlists, reminders and sign-up questions, for both one-off and recurring events. Channels and groups give each team or committee its own space for chat and announcements. Volunteer sign-ups, task boards and shared folders and pages keep the work organized, and custom roles and permissions control who can see and manage what.
Getting people in is simple: invite links, QR posters and public event pages let guests register with just a name and email. Joyn has native iOS and Android apps, and it connects to other tools through Zapier, an API and embeddable event listings for your website.
Joyn is free for communities of up to 100 members. Paid plans are per person or a flat monthly price with unlimited members.
