The simple, easy to use layout! It's very user friendly and good if you're new to Jostle!

Ability to keep everyone informed across shifts, discussion categories, information resources, polls for feedback, anniversary and birthday reminders.

I use Jostle for posting jobs in HR and communicating with staff and fellow workers. I like the search feature and the AI that helps me find things quickly within our Internet. It's colorful and easy to use, and everything is in one spot, which supports my need to have a single place to access everything I need. I'm in HR, so having an HR hub with all our policies and the ability to communicate with coworkers and post jobs is very helpful. Additionally, the question format, which I guess is AI-generated, has been helpful in finding things that are not my daily go-tos.
