BeltManager is school management software for martial arts schools and dojos. Instructors keep students, families and guardians in one place, organise students into groups (e.g. Kids Karate) and schedule recurring classes for each group, so regulars never need re-booking each week. Attendance is taken from a class register or a kiosk check-in, and students are promoted through belt ranks with grading sessions. Owners see attendance on a mobile-first dashboard, and parents get a companion app and calendar feed for class times and RSVPs.
