Easy to learn comparison tools, but resume creation tools resulted in a zero response rate.
The comparison tool for resumes to the job description were helpful in highlighting deficiencies and gaps. The tools are generally easy to learn and easy to understand. It is easier to learn Jobscan than to learn correct prompt engineering with major LLMs.
