JobGuard is a quoting, extra work and invoicing app for UK builders and tradespeople, made to be used on a phone on site. Take a few photos, describe the job by voice or text, and JobGuard suggests a price range for every line from current UK rates, merchant prices and your own past jobs. You pick the figures. It also lists what the job probably needs that you did not mention (skip hire, making good, sundries) so they do not come out of your pocket. The client gets a link and a 6-digit PIN, reads the quote on their phone and signs it. No app or account for them. When the job changes, each piece of extra work goes to the client with photos and a price, and they approve it before you start. Every approval is dated, so there are no arguments at the final invoice. The invoice fills itself from the quote, approved extras and payments already received, with your logo, VAT number and bank details. Every job keeps a dated record: photos, notes, approvals, receipts and site reports from your workers (Team plan). Free plan: up to 2 jobs, no card needed.
