Jobbar.AI is an AI-powered recruitment and talent acquisition platform for HR teams and headhunting firms, bringing sourcing, CV analysis, candidate comparison and interviewing into one place. The platform is multilingual and analyses CVs in Turkish and English, scoring and ranking candidates against a role's requirements so a shortlist can be built from high application volumes, with side-by-side comparison reports. Voice interviews can be conducted automatically with AI evaluation of the answers, and a live interview system is included, along with position-specific interview question generation. Candidate pools are managed by uploading CVs or entering candidates manually, and can be searched and reused across roles. Other tools cover cover letter generation, company information lookup and reference finding. Sign-in with LinkedIn is supported, the platform is ATS compatible, and a public REST API is available. White-label use lets firms offer it under their own branding.
