Clerk is a legal research server for Dominican lawyers. Ask in plain language and Clerk answers with real sources: decisions of the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court and the lower courts, laws, decrees, regulations and Dominican legal doctrine. It reads the full text of each decision, extracts the court’s holdings and quotes them word for word, with a link to the official document so the citation can be verified before it goes into a brief. Clerk Plus adds comparative case law from other jurisdictions. Remote server with OAuth. The first month is free.
