Jelly Flow is a production floor manager for shops that run jobs. It tracks a job from plan to buy to build to ship to field on one live timeline. Operators tap Start, Pause, and Done on tablets. Leads sign off. Andon lights a station when a line stops.
You break a job into units with checklists, import from Excel or XLSX (Logikal is one supported source), optionally nest parts with the cut optimizer, group units into crates, and assign packages to trucks. Procurement is included: BOM to PO to order confirmation to bill of lading on the same job card. Shipping prints a BOL and a public tracking link.
The same timeline continues in the field: receiving, uncrating, installation, punch list, and final inspection. A production dashboard shows what is running and ship-date risk.
Jelly Flow is built by Jelly Machine, a Colorado LLC. It is software for production shops and job shops, including metal, millwork, custom fabrication, windows, and any other floor. The window-and-door walkthrough on the site is one example shop, not the only trade. Jelly Flow is not a food-prep machine and is not an MES or ERP.
Jelly Flow is Enterprise. There is no public trial. Request access or try the demo at jellymachine.com.
