Jefit - perfect gym companion
This is the best gym session planner and maker that I have ever used. With the almost endless amount of workouts that one can use to plan their gym session, they still offer space for creating one's own personalized workouts. There is also predetermined workouts which are great for a beginner gym goer. The timer and workouts tracker is fabulous. The app is easy to use and it allows one to see their progress of their session. The weekly reports offer the gym goer great insight into how they are progressing towards their goals.
