The software is glitchy. I have to clear my history and log in incognito. I didn't have a chance to use it effectively because of the glitches. I wanted to use the email manager, but many of the emails returned undelivered. The software operates on credits and is very expensive to operate. I launched my email campaign to gain new customers, but didn't gain any.
