FLEX/ is management software for bike repair shops, written in a shop by a working mechanic and used every day on real bikes.
Everything starts with the work order. The bike comes in, you assess it, and the customer approves from their phone — no account, no password. Then the work, then the invoice. Stock goes down as parts go on, what's missing lands in an order list grouped by supplier, and the books follow, with tax lines derived from the shop's jurisdiction.
Most shop software is a retail till with a repair module bolted on. FLEX/ works the other way round: the workshop first, the counter second.
The counter is there when you need it: quick sale, barcode scanning by camera or USB reader, terminal payment, invoice. Around the shop: your customer address book on your phone, 529 Garage and Bike Index anti-theft registries with the customer's consent, Google Drive for photos and PDFs, Square appointments.
