JaWork is a project and issue tracker for teams that need to plan as well as build. Tasks, defects and subtasks live on a drag-and-drop kanban board with a backlog, sprints and releases, and the same issues appear on a Gantt chart where you schedule them, group them into summary rows and link dependencies. A Portfolio view puts every project on one timeline.
Organizations get configurable dashboards (shareable behind a password), custom fields, reports with sum, count, table, pivot and six chart types, and Excel import and export. Resourcing is built in: capacity per member, job roles with manday rates, and utilization and cost calculated from the work actually planned. Notes, sheets, diagrams and mind maps sit beside each project, with real-time co-editing.
JaWork has a REST API and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, so AI assistants can read and update issues with a user's own permissions. AI agents that pick up work from a board column are coming soon as a separate add-on.
Pricing is per user, with a 30-day free trial and no card required.
