Stumari is a cloud property management system (PMS) and channel manager built for guesthouses, B&Bs, family hotels and apartments with 1 to 15 rooms in Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Turkey.
All bookings from Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Vrbo and any iCal channel arrive in one colour-coded calendar every 15 minutes, and the system will not let you book a room that is already taken. Each morning the owner sees who arrives, who leaves and which rooms need cleaning; the cleaner gets a simple link without an account.
Guests receive welcome, check-in and check-out messages in their own language with one tap in WhatsApp or Viber, plus a guest guide with Wi-Fi, house rules and directions behind a QR code. Telegram notifications report new bookings, cancellations and possible double bookings.
At the end of the month Stumari prepares the figures for the local tax return: the Georgian small business return (1%) line by line for rs.ge, the Armenian turnover tax, Azerbaijan’s simplified tax and Turkey’s accommodation tax and VAT.
The interface works on phones and computers in six languages. Plans start at 29 GEL per month with a 14-day free trial, no contract and a seasonal pause for properties that close in winter or summer.
