BusPortal — Bus Passenger Transportation Management System
BusPortal is a Ukrainian SaaS platform for bus operators, from family-run fleets to large companies operating international routes. It combines ticket sales, dispatching, fleet management, finances, and trip documentation in one workspace—replacing spreadsheets, paper records, and scattered messenger chats.
Operators receive their own booking website with trip search, an accurate bus seat map, and online payments. Passenger payments go directly to the operator’s account: BusPortal is not a ticket aggregator and does not charge an intermediary sales commission. Tickets can also be sold through a Telegram bot, the dispatcher interface, and a voice-enabled AI assistant. Electronic tickets support QR codes, Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, open dates, and vouchers.
BusPortal provides tools for managing routes, stops, fares, schedule templates, connecting journeys, and passenger transfers. Recurring trips can be generated automatically up to six months in advance.
The platform tracks buses in real time using hardware GPS devices or the driver app. Drivers can manage boarding, record arrivals, submit fuel expenses using AI receipt recognition, and control trip cash. Passengers can follow their bus on a map through their ticket. If a vehicle breaks down, passengers and seats can be reassigned while existing tickets remain valid.
Financial tools include accounts, transactions, real-time reports, configurable refunds, and an immutable audit history showing every change. Licences, insurance policies, inspections, and route permits are stored in one archive, with expiry alerts and pre-departure readiness checks.
Marketing features include promo codes, targeted discounts, vouchers, Viber, SMS, and email campaigns, Telegram autoposting, and SEO-optimised route pages. Schedules can be published on Google Maps via GTFS.
Messages from Telegram, Instagram, and the operator’s website arrive in one inbox. An AI assistant handles common questions, while communication history remains linked to the passenger’s booking.
The BusPortal team imports existing Excel schedules and trains drivers and dispatchers. The platform supports Ukrainian, English, Polish, German, and Russian, with a securely isolated environment for each operator.
