On the AI side, the employee summaries with recommended next steps are already a real time-saver before review cycles — my only wish is to see this go further, e.g. AI-suggested talking points for 1:1s or draft development plans based on those next steps. These are roadmap ideas, not complaints: for a new user, the product works great out of the box.
