RestoAudit.ai is purchasing and food cost control for restaurants that run on Syrve. Supplier documents arrive by email, Telegram or PEPPOL and are read line by line - PDF, photo, scan, XML. Each line is matched to the restaurant's own catalogue, including units and pack sizes: a case of 12 becomes kilograms in stock. Arithmetic is checked, prices are compared with the restaurant's own history, duplicates and unit errors are caught before anything reaches the accounting system. When a figure moves out of range, the team gets one signal with the amount in euros. Dish costs are recalculated on fresh prices, so a 4% rise on one ingredient shows up as money on a specific dish. An MCP server lets AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT query the restaurant's own data directly. Syrve stays the accounting system: RestoAudit writes back only what a person has confirmed.
