Faktury Online (faktury-online.com, Slovak: Faktúry online) is the original Slovak online invoicing system, on the market since 2009 and the first online invoicing system of its kind on the Slovak internet. It is used by sole traders, small and medium-sized businesses and accountants, runs in the browser in Slovak and English and needs no installation.
Users issue all common documents: invoices, advance invoices, credit and debit notes, tax documents, cash receipts, price quotes, delivery notes, orders, order forms, handover protocols and work journals. Company details are filled in automatically from Slovak registers by Company ID (IČO). Documents are numbered automatically, can be tagged, sent by e-mail directly from the system and issued in foreign languages and currencies. Invoices include PAY by square QR payment codes and can carry your own logo, stamp and signature.
One account can manage multiple own companies, client and item directories with multiple price levels, and multiple users with individual permissions. Recurring documents can be created automatically. Data can be exported to PDF, Excel, ISDOC or UBL XML, documents downloaded in bulk as PDF or ZIP, and statistics show revenue and documents in charts and tables. An open API is available for integration with other systems.
Faktury Online is registered with the Slovak Financial Administration as a certified provider of Slovak e-invoicing (eFaktúra) over the Peppol network, mandatory from 1 January 2027. Sending and receiving e-invoices directly from the account launches in autumn 2026.
