ReviewPilot® is an independent service, published in France by IRON IT, that writes replies on behalf of local businesses to their new Google reviews and to the new comments under their latest TikTok posts. It is for businesses with an active Google listing: restaurants, hotels, hair salons and other local businesses. Every reply is tailored to the establishment's tone. You stay in control: by default, no reply publishes until you validate it. You are warned before things slip. Nothing to install: connect your listing and choose the tone. The service is multilingual and available in French, English, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian and Arabic. 30-day free trial, no credit card, no commitment, then from €29 per month excl. VAT. No fake reviews, no incentivising. ReviewPilot® is a registered trademark in France and the European Union.
