Most of the time, IPRally surfaces spot-on prior art for a patent by just using the patent number. In the cases where it gets confused by odd claim drafting, it is easy to give it a little "help" to get it on the right track. I have to do prior art searches many times a day and IPRally is a huge time saver.

I tested the tool for about four weeks in May 2024. Many thanks to Eduardo and John-Paul for the super friendly communication and the highly professional support. After more than 20 years as a full-time patent searcher, I see IPRally as a completely new approach to find relevant state of the art. To get the most out of it, it is definitely necessary to acquire a certain skill level. The ability to use the integrated new search methods correctly, to formulate unambiguous promts and also a more or less unconditional trust in the answers of the AI could soon replace the conventional way of patent searching. As soon as the price level for single licenses has adjusted to a level which is profitable also for small companies, I would definitely give it a try.

IPRally's app is amazing and their team support is very helpful and proactive. I have always dreamed about a tool that would allow to explore patents in an intuitive way, and here we are. IPRally does not just offer embeded AI gadgets, it's build around AI at its core and its free text and graph research combined with classic Boolean search is a truly unique feature. Woaw!
